Polymer Composites Advanced Manufacturing Lab

Texas A&M University College of Engineering

Faculty

Amir Asadi

Assistant Professor, Mechanical and Manufacturing Engineering Technology

amir.asadi@tamu.edu

Dr. Asadi’s research focuses on manufacturing of polymer composites with engineered properties and developing models to predict their behavior in long term. His research team introduces new methods in manufacturing to develop micro/nano polymer composites with multifunctional properties, modifies the current industrial manufacturing methods to control the defects in the produced composites and develops mathematical models to predict the long term behavior in polymer composites.
