To understand the material and structure as-built local properties and their temporal-spatial evolution including chemical composition, morphology and crystalline-amorphous regions, in PCAM, we employ both simulation and in-operando microbeam X-ray scattering/diffraction during additive and conventional manufacturing processes using high-energy synchrotron beamline.
